I think you miss a valid point of support. While my company allows Ipads for work, it an application doesnt work, aint SH*T we can do, and its even to a point where troubleshooting isnt done. Its really "hit, or miss".

I think wasted time consist of like, waiting in a waiting room, or one of those situations where you're waiting for the cable guy to come.
