thats true BUT, the price of an HD antenna is cheap, $30 bucks, you can even just do it with foil, and like a hard plastic.

1- HD antennas, for SOME works wonders. 1 time cost for basic HD cable.
2- Heating blanket for Water Heaters
3- Are you constantly running heaters when a change of closes could suffice?

We're at a point where, theres no practical way of evening the playing field. AA would work much better if there was a committee that sat down, interviewed each individual applicant 1 at a time to determine whether or not it would apply.
