I'm just here to say that I'd FINALLY gotten "Pinot Noir" out of my head then this article popped up and now i'm back to square one.

I'm Navajo and I loved this show. While I cannot comment on how the Asian community thinks of Dong, I feel pretty strongly about the Native American arc. In the third episode where Mrs. Vorhees parents are introduced, I died. I thought they captured a part of Native Americans that I don't see in media: our sense of…
OK, but if you never watch episode 16, Kimmy Goes to School, you will never experience the delight that is PINOT NOIR. That's on you...
I feel like every joke where I was at the point of being like "are you fucking serious with this? really?" they were like "Nope! we're not!" This was great with all the Dong jokes, and I thought the metal eagle joke was great too. I think the show is very conscious about race and joking about race.
I really think all the racial stereotype jokes come around, even Jane Krakowski Native American thing. I am a little uneasy about that particular plot line and I think they could have done without it, but they bring it back way later in the series and I think tie it together ok. I think the joke about the litter was…
I'm not Native American (at least not very much), so I'm not going to tell them what they should and shouldn't be offended by. But I find the "legit" Native American characters (Jenna's mom and dad back in South Dakota) to be great modern portrayals of Native Americans. Dad was in the Air Force and mom is just as…
I would agree with him. I was a little taken aback by some of the jokes in the beginning but I completely disagreed with that Buzzfeed article. I thought it became quite obvious it was satirical and meant to point out the issues within the different racial stereotypes, not racist. For instance, how the Native American…
This is a show with an racially-integrated cast, and it's working its way through stereotypes. Given that they've already go the white lead choosing the Asian guy over the white guy, that suggests a progressive bent to the show. I say, give it time.
I'm not 100% sure this qualifies as satire, but I'm positive it's way closer to the correct use of the word than the way Frat Bro used it yesterday.
They have it easy compared to the guys in Korea and Japan.
Zero sarcasm: I'm genuinely worried about not just Zayn, but all of those boys. They have been worked to the BONE for, what, four years now? It's not good.
It's true. The "Binders Full of Women" did not change my vote.
while i love the binders full of women meme, can we please just not forget that before he went on and on about his binders, he said that he would fix the wage gap by ENSURING THAT WOMEN CAN GET HOME BY 5:30 TO COOK FUCKING DINNER.
Pasties are a really good middle ground for this!!!
I think fancy pasties would be awesome! There's some really cool pasties out there. It wouldn't be nudity anymore, and it would be super fun.
But the pubic hair and nipples weren't what made those photos so fucking creepy. It was the clearly gross male gaze that they were shot with (Looking at you, Uncle Terry!).
