Can and should, that alone should have a fine in the 5 digits, on top of what ever else they might have to pay for legal fees and and replacement bikes, I kinda hope that all the insurance companies go after them for what ever the costs will be too.

Not just Texas, nation wide, we don’t really have a graduated licensing system for driving, be it power, size, or weight regulated. so you could have somebody who has a all but worn out Yaris at age 20 because that’s all they can afford and may have to go broke insuring it, then you may have some kid who’s parents…
Not sure a stock Pinto or Vega could have been been considered perfectly good, or even good then, 240Z, I can see that argument when it comes to a period correct V8 swap. though.
If Covid is involved, could even be scentless too!
My Dad had the Town and Country of that generation that had the 3.8l and 4 speed auto in it...........that 4 speed outlived the body! Dad traded it on a 2020 Grand Caravan (wanted a Pacifica, or at least a Voyager, but couldn’t afford them) and it only had about 93-96k on it and was about 15 years old, but the body…
Huh, looks like I have to watch out next time I encounter a cyclist, outside of making sure I’m clear in the other lane, especially an oncoming lane, I tend to violate both 1 and 2, I’ll drop over into the oncoming lane if free to do so and wait for traffic to clear said lane before trying to pass a cyclist and will…
At this point, I just wish that Obama had come out in favor of breathing oxygen 10 years ago so most of these idiots would have held their breath until they dropped...................
Nope, I can’t agree with him on that, it looks like some cheesy body kit somebody with too much money would overpay for because of the name of the company who made it.
At least I’m not the only one that had a similar thought!
back in 2014 or 2015, I had a customer at my old job tell me that they put the money down for one of these, even then it seemed like vaporware, it’s been at least 5 years since I stepped foot in there last, so I have no idea if he’s been in there to update things any further on this saga.
I remember seeing books mentioning that back in the 80's or early 90's, including a Corvair cargo van that was full of fuel cell equipment back in the cargo area.
In all honesty, they may be to young to remember that show even existing!
I was going to mention that channel too, how I’ve watched some of those late and night and still slept, I’m not sure.
Then buy a minivan and get even more room.
I don’t know much about dogs, but aren’t all 3 breeds kinda high strung on their own, let alone a mix like he is?
Yeah, but even modern cars would take a hurting from that impact, I’d hat to be hit like that in my 200 or my Sister’s Challenger.
That looks like it was a residential street, , blinker or not, you shouldn’t be going 60mph on that street no matter how many houses are on it.
You ever seen these pics?
If done “right”, it’s a way to get insurance and wrongful death money for the next of kin, Dad has said that he thinks that there are a lot of times that the DUI involved Car-Train collisions may be suicides with some liquid courage to help things along.
