I am confused by your comment. What you are describing is called pegging, and it is something (some) straight couples do.

I don't like the comparison to smoking because the right amount of smoking is no smoking, but everybody has to eat. (And I don't mean to criticize smokers here because I understand it's addictive, but that's a separate issue.) When you smoke you're just pumping your body full of carcinogens.
