Funny, with sneak attacks, high mobility plus the misty step boots, and dual-wielding, he’s an excellent physical combat character for me.

This is the wrong take, my friend. All characters should be voiced by Jim Cummings. Not just the men, but the women and children too.

Unvoiced protagonists never bothered me in Bethesda games. I prefer voice acting for everyone else, but an unvoiced protagonist in this kind of game makes it easier to project onto the main character.

lmao

I don't agree that automating art is a positive to begin with. And no, even if it gets "better" it's always going to be bad art.

I killed this dude through the heart with a stake after he tried to suck my blood in the middle of the night.  Didn’t know he was a big character tbh

I mean, if you’re looking to cheese your way through, sure? But it’s not really a hard fight, and Cazador goes down in 1 or 2 rounds, depending on your build (I just had Karlach throw her exploding trident (with a little purple toxin) at him 5 times on round 1 and he was toast). Laezel then dispatched some lower vamps

There are not thousands of space rpgs I am afraid. You cannot talk about this as if games are sold in tons, by weight.

We’re talking about Amazon here, the company that doesn’t let workers take bathroom breaks and uses an algorithm to automatically fire workers they consider too inefficient.  I see no reason to give them any benefit of the doubt.  Bezos probably jizzed in his pants when he first heard about this new AI thing that

a normal discussion” No

Everyone has a “hate boner” because they have earned one at this point, Bethesda game studios has not put out a game without issues for a long time, and needing Moddershall to fix your shit over and over is lazy development (some Bethesda games years apart have had the same bugs)

Remember when it was unacceptable that it took 20 hours to get to the good part of Final Fantasy XIII? XD

Yeah if anything this puts me off wanting to play the game. Bethesda hasn’t made a good main quest in all the time I have been playing their games (started on TES Oblivion). In fact, despite putting well over 200 hours each in Oblivion, Skyrim, FO3, and FO4, I’ve only actually finished the main quest for FO3 and that

They were saying the same stuff right before Fallout 4's release, talking about how there are “400+ hours of gameplay” and the like.

Absolutely. This article is very disconcerting. Doing side quests is knew thing. Pacing sucking to the tune of 50 hours is another.

Is this meant to be complimentary of the game? “You have to spend 50-100 hours playing through the main quest before you’re really going to be able to get into the game.” Why should it take that long for a game to get exciting?

This just shows how little a middle manager’s job is worth. If you hire an artist to produce art, but you don’t have an eye for simple mistakes that make it into that art when someone cheats by using AI, what exactly is your job again? You might as well have just made the AI yourself and saved the salary and still had
