I may not have multiple Switches, but I do have duplicate consoles and handhelds in my household. I imagine having multiple Switches is as easy as any other other duplicate console.

From what I understand, it’s because the people clamoring for the Snyder cut actually like Man of Steel and B v. S, or at least will die on the hill that they’re “edgier” and “more adult” than Disney’s Marvel’s Avengers.   These people are fools.

THISSSSSS. Look, I actually enjoyed Justice League, in spite of itself. But I feel like most of that enjoyment came the scenes that were obviously directed/written by Joss Whedon rather than Snyder. It’s perplexing that people think a “full-Snyder” version of this film will somehow be better. I would love to be proven Read more

The thing is, the guys demanding the Snyder cut LOVE MoS and BvS as if they were mana from heaven. I have seen too many people to count that follow Snyder say without a hint of sarcasm that his version of Superman in MoS is exactly the version they’ve wanted their entire lives. That he understood the character better Read more

Market manipulation and price fixing are considered crimes all across the planet. It’s not “supply and demand” if you are artificially keeping supplies lower than they really are, in order to jack up prices. Read more

Wait, so you’re less likely to sympathize with people who can’t get things when they do need them for work? Or because they were not a fan enough to prioritize buying it before the global pandemic smashed supply chains?

It bothers me to no end when people try to act as though “capitalism” is synonymous with “free market”.  A lot of the problems with our current system of “capitalism” in the US is that it rather than government regulation serving to balance the playing field, government regulation is instead used to favor large groups Read more

They’re taking advantage of a global pandemic to gouge a couple bucks out of people who are just trying to bring themselves or their kids a little bit of fun distraction during an incredibly trying time. They are doing nothing that provides even minor benefit to anyone but themselves. Sounds pretty unscrupulous to me.

I seriously dislike when people try to justify scalping as “sUpPlY aNd DeMaNd”.

Except of course for the fact that the US doesn’t exactly function like a true free market economy... Mixed at best.

“Easy mode is too easy" sounds like the correct difficulty for an easy mode. It sounds like the issue is more with normal mode, at least a particular boss in normal mode.

I appreciate easy/story mode. I’m here to have a good time (that means not doing the same fight over and over), enjoy the story itself, and then move on to the next thing. So in the case of FF7, I’m actually happy to hear this...

Gambits didn’t cut out the middleman because the middleman is grind (which is time)—which is a feature to some of the audience as they age and time is more of a premium. Gambits replaced tedious gameplaying with—not gameplaying? Games are generally filled with repetitive tasks and feeling engaged with them is the Read more

The scene was chilling, and the way that they shot it was on point, I think. There wasn’t a shot of heaving breasts jiggling free of clothing, or wide shots where the audience takes it all in, which is a problem in some versions of these kinds of things, where the audience is being titillated by the violence on Read more
