I enjoyed the Gray Man for what it was, but could not for the life of me tell you where that $200 million budget went.
No one can even name who the characters are, so I expect emotional attachment is approximately zero. This is a big-screen spectacle with massive amounts going on visually, so if you’re going to watch it at all then a theater is the right experience. I wouldn’t waste three hours watching Avatar at home.
The draw was the visual spectacular, for sure. The only character I found memorable was Sigourney Weaver's scientist, who bucked the Hollywood scientist tropes by being just a gentle nerd.
Yeah, with Pattinson it felt like he was doing those movies like The Rover and Good Time and The Lighthouse at least in part to be like, “Guys, I swear, I actually am a good actor despite what Twilight might suggest.” And he was right; he’s terrific and has rebuilt his reputation from heartthrob to well-respected…
About the performance of the dick?
Yeah, and his indie/weirder movies were fully his choice; I’m sure he could have gotten work in more mainstream stuff, but that’s just not what he wanted to do at the time. He’s never not been relevant and working.
Reads as:
I...don’t understand why I’m supposed to be bothered by this? His political platform sounds like a mess, but demonstrating his commitment to destigmatizing sex work by doing sex work isn’t a bad thing on its own. No one is forcing anyone to watch his porn.
But it was written by an obese person, right? It’s right there in the post.
Doesn’t understand or that wasn’t the movie they wanted to make?
Somewhere, a long abandoned Disqus served just churned to life, like the computer in Alien, with green text reading “First Canceraids Dawes” over and over again.
F#$%’N KINJA
Hammond?
There’s a rich lineage of beloved TV characters that, if you were in a room with them IRL, would make you tear out your own eyes just for something to plug your ears with.
I watch and enjoy every single movie about time travel and I don’t even know why.
Always down for Scoot McNairy, but barely recognized Kunis for some reason.
“decided to set the highly anticipated meeting of two different Spider-Mans in the kitchen of Ned’s grandmother, though, so it’s not like things making sense was high on the list of priorities during filming anyway.”
Fuck, yesssssssss.
But will the audience of Fox News be interested in things that aren’t real and are entirely made up?
