As hard as changing attitudes may be that would be far more difficult. Having more individual unisex bathrooms is a good idea in general, though.

That depends on what material is used to make the car. Impact resistant plastics aren't nearly as strong as steel but you can 3D print at least some metals.

I think this is a good argument that we should seriously reconsider how we talk about privilege. There are many different forms of privilege. Simply dismissing a person as privileged is an incredibly toxic behavior that has seeped into feminism. That transwomen sometimes have male privilege means they are "privileged"…

That's way beyond micro-agression. Those are people I would make an effort to never come in contact with ever again.
