I really hope it was a ‘Wait a while, my mother can never know about this’ deal.

Sir Ben has even played a Maori - which pissed a lot of Maoris off, because how many Maori parts are there?
One odd thing is that Hemmings was Martha Jefferson’s half sister. That is why her children could pass as white, the family had been mixed-race for generations. So to Jefferson’s white children, the Hemmings children were both their siblings and their cousins. And, of course, Hemmings was their biological aunt. I…
Thanks for saying that. I’m sure you do an awesome job with your clients. I should probably do something constructive like that, rather than just getting annoyed about it.
My mother keeps telling me she wants me to watch Outlander. She does not, however, want me to watch it with her.
Quantico is so bad, it makes everyone look like bad actor. It is complete and utter rubbish.
Pierce Brosnan is Irish, if you’re using ‘British’ to mean ‘from the UK’ and not ‘from the British Isles'.
I have zero faith in the media these days to handle OCD in a realistic or smart manner, sadly. And double plus zero faith in a sitcom. OCD is a classic joke for sitcoms. Along with Tourette syndrome, Alzheimer’s or other dementia and schizophrenia, although those seem to get less play on the comedy circuit these days.
I am pretty sure that I am literally the only person who has had my particular chain of syllables as a name in the entirety of human history.
Everyone should just go and watch ‘La belle et la bête’ 2014. Ok, it’s in French, but it tells an older, darker version of the story and it is mesmerizingly beautiful. Just dazzling. And it has gowns and giants and roses and fights and tragedy and tiny, ancient beagle puppy fairies in it.
I knew nothing about the life of Dr Phil - yes, there’s a lot on Google. Interesting. And horrible.
You don’t think women get pressure to have the perfect life too? That you’re not supposed to have the perfect life, man, baby, house, car, job, hobbies... dude, seriously?
I might have given it an episode, but it looks like American Housewife will have lots of jokes about OCD.
Oooh, is that gossip I see before me?
The problem I have with wrap dresses is that either the skirt is migrating to a massive split that goes all the way up to where my knickers are on show, or I have a boob falling out of the top. I have a love/hate relationship with them, because they synch in at the waist so at least they don’t bag, and I think that…
You’re lucky - all the ones I try either bag out at the waist or I can’t get them over my hips or they’re so tight everyone can see my butt crack.
No, they really can’t. Jeans, pencil skirts, wrap dresses - no seriously, I promise you that having boobs AND hips AND a smaller waist complicates things immensely. Thank goodness for fit and flare and skater dresses and stretchy jeans.
Honestly, I was so shocked I didn’t do anything. I didn’t see it coming. I got mad afterwards. Next time (although I hope there is never a next time) I will certainly react.
Aw, he looks so sad. I hope he’s a whole frog, not a part frog.
Someone who dies by suicide is a tragedy. Unless they were actually an evil murderous abuser, they are a tragedy. Someone who dies of suicide from mental illness, or from a terrible life, or from an unbearable situation, or even from a logical money related decision, is an enormous tragedy. This is not difficult.
