It’s okay, as per the earlier Todd Phillips threads, Scorsese is a hack who never made a good film anyway.

Has the show ever hinted at it from Tahani’s perspective?
If anything I always thought it was a bit of an unspoken ongoing joke that Tahani is very heterosexual and very oblivious to Eleanor’s comments.
What makes Brent less three-dimensional than Tahani was at that point of the story?
Does this season look at all promising, or am I going to get baited again with like four good episodes followed by completely incoherent mess?
I like Big Mouth, but that art style is probably the single most offensive thing about it.
That show is like “AVClub thinkpiece” edgy, not “Tropic Thunder” or even “South Park” edgy.
As someone pointed out above, Tahani and Brett are very much cut from the same cloth, even if Tahani was always far more lowkey about it and has the benefit of four seasons of character development.
Chidi is a man so paralyzed by every choice he has to make, it’s honestly amazing he got as far through life as he did.
…
I liked maybe the first three Doug Judy episodes, but he really can fuck off nowadays.
I literally can’t think of a more prominent unironic Mary Sue character in a mainstream sitcom from the past two decades.
I get that modern comics Peter Parker isn’t quite the perpetually-broke miserable Tobey Maguire type, but the extent to which Tom Holland is basically just Iron Man Jr. complete with access to the full might of Stark Industries (and probably a few inherited billions if we’re being real) is honestly pretty ridiculous.
Pulp Fiction and Forrest Gump did make an absolute fuckton of money and become instant pop culture classics widely known to this very day.
Russian Doll was excellent, up until the finale which I thought wrapped up very abruptly with loads of plot elements which initially seemed set up as important, but ultimately went nowhere.
I’m fairly confident the second season will make up for it, though.
Strong cast, but never lives up to its potential - which is arguably every Netflix series in a nutshell.
It’s a shame that Doom Patrol has been relatively overlooked in comparison to UA.
Twitch sucks, but what’s any of this article got to do with “twitch stream gamer culture”?
5% for the two Spider-man films, 100% for merchandising, 100% for the billions they partly made off Spider-Man in Civil War/Infinity War/Endgame. So unfair for your bud Disney.
Why would Sony ever agree to go 50-50 on a billion, if they can very easily break 600 million (+ merchandising on top) with their own…
A big issue with introducing Miles is that Tom Holland is already very much a white Miles.
It’s actually remarkable that Spider-Verse managed to at all salvage Miles Morales as an interesting original character give how much of his characterization was already first nicked by MCU.
Sony isn’t my bud, but I cannot fault a corporation for making perfectly rational business moves.
Insofar as the “details” of the proper deal have been laid out, literally anyone who isn’t a complete idiot or absolutely broke would have walked away from that.
The answer to that particular question was covered in one of the earlier specials and basically came down to “yeah I was wrong, Trump turned out even worse than I expected, my bad”.
It’s not played on an acoustic guitar by the campfire, sung by a white dude with long blond hair and a ginger beard, wearing jeans and a lumberjack shirt, though.
I love the song to bits, but it’s about 10% country and 90% generic trap banger. People are getting too caught up in sticking it to those “white racist…
Stan Lee and Steve Ditko are both dead, my man, all the ‘legacy’ you’re left with is just a bunch of multi-millionaire CEOs in charge of billion dollar coroprations furiously masturbating over piles of money.
And for what it’s worth, Spider-Verse is easily the best Spiderman film of the past decade.
Okay, but 50% of 1.1B isn’t more than 100% of 700M. And Sony didn’t get jackshit from Civil War, Infinity War or Endgame, despite them very prominently featuring Spider-Man.
Fact is, this is a completely absolutely stupendously moronic deal for Sony to ever agree to and Disney has basically bullied and lowballed them…
Oh yeah man, fucking Bucky’s just absolutely repping all those mentally-unstable heavily-brainwashed 100-year-old cryogenically frozen cyborg Cold War comic book assassin members in the audience.
I get that they were caught off guard and worded it funny, but do shut up.
