In the first episode you’ll also notice a BMW E30 dropping someone off at school... which I’m pretty wasn’t brought to the US until 1986.

Exactly! As a BMX enthusiast, the missing son’s bicycle is very out of place. In the scene where he crashes off his bike there is a close up on the rear hub of the BMX bike. You’ll see a small, maybe 9 or 10 tooth driver there which is relatively new technology within the past 10 years or so. Still a good show though

Neither can jet fuel!

yeah exactly, wut? I feel like that bit is misleading... although not essential, no IC turbo systems aren’t very common.

Love the “Insert Crowd Here” on the mustang

If this guy is anything like me, I would “fall asleep” at the wheel all the time. What a quick way to become internet famous.

Rapped, eh?

Late model BMW E30 M3 Steering... barf. I don’t have an M3, but my E30 has the same steering wheel and I can’t wait to rid myself of it. Not to mention it’s like a shotgun going off in your face. I’ll take a takata airbag any day.

It’s about time Tesla began testing their pursuit autonomous mode!

The cars are being given to the LAPD, so I don’t think this will contribute California’s looming bankruptcy

+1 for Biggie reference ;)
