My only hate came from the parts that were obvious secrets i had yet to work out in my child mind. Boulders, spots for the scarecrow, stuff like that.

Same boat here. I thought about getting back in when I heard this was coming out. After twenty minutes of reading about new cards I was totally overwhelmed. This coming from someone who is still plugging away at nioh2 in dream of the wise (fourth playthrough three active layers of stat affecting choices)
No one should be able to rationally play these games after this.
To me this feels pretty valid culturally. I’m not saying drandon_gamedev2 is the next Van Gogh or something, but c'mon.... Shooters are wildly proliferate and everyone somehow shrugs off the gameplay aspect of murdering the equivalent of entire small towns just because they're in your way. To take elements from a game…
Im fairly certain that's called juxtaposition and is an extremely common form of parody that has been around for centuries if not Millenia.
Spend your money outside gaming for a year. Thats my plan. Its a bummer that Elden ring and horizon forbidden west come out this year but im not gonna throw in with this ridiculous crowd of philistines and charlatans just because capitalism says their behaviour is ok. Between games as a service, indie titles soaking…
I agree that the situation is bs, but modders getting threatened with lawsuits happens so often i think im more curious as to the cause than enraged over it happening.
Looks like youre right. It wasnt a simile.
Its a simile. A comparison using like or as. Interpretation is up to you.
For me gaming has gone down a hole and AAA titles are the primary culprit. I havent played alot of noteworthy titles in the past few years and unfortunately three games by companies i would like to support are about to come out and i will likely pass on them just because i dont really feel like playing a ps5 game on a…
Youre first question to me had nothing to do with your pointed criticisms (not really more like statements you expected to invalidate mine somehow) about my initial response to your post. From there you stuck to some false dichotomy about something i didnt say.
Live edge coffee tables were an online trend a little while ago. It is now epoxy tables and epoxy mixtures spun into shapes on a lathe in particular.
Look dude I whiffed you forever ago because you want to argue and I’m over this.
Im kind of at the point where I want to shame certain types of gamer. I know scorn isnt exactly constructive but I mean who out there is strapping in for the current gen of assassin’s Creed ? We should probably tune those people up so they start respecting their time as much as we wish they respected good content.
The whole time off for the holidays thing would probably be better received if the game hadnt released before Christmas to make holiday levels of money despite it being an incomplete product.
Buzz off with your ad hominem criticism.
Im an infrequent browser of 4chan. I gotta say it doesn’t take alot over there for something that begins with n to become the new in joke to replace that n word we all know is bullshit to ever use again.
Got three replies all full of cynicism, very little conversation. No commentary on my larger point, just reaction.
Those are both correlation causation arguments.
You didn’t engage in my initial point at all and that’s two posts in.
