I’m intrigued. I dropped Mindy when it moved to Hulu—no subscription was my barrier. Maybe I’ll pick it up again down the line.

Yeah— I’ve seen the USPS deadline dates for APO/holiday shipping—but it’s really conservative. EG) Dec 3rd cut off for Priority items to my target zone: I know that priority items usually take 7 days (?! which is pretty amazing, really) to get to him during non-holiday times, from Madison, WI anyway. So Dec 3 is…
I wish we got some accurate idea of what shipping looks like for APOs. I’ve been staggering Christmas packages to my husband via USPS because of the uncertainty (he’s deployed in Afghanistan right now.) Though, a month of Christmas packages doesn’t sound too bad.
I use a period at the end of a text to indicate I’m not fucking around. I wouldn’t say there’s insincerity attached to the message, but rather...annoyance. *But* it also varies from person to person—learning someone’s text nuances is like tuning into a dialect when conversing with someone new.
I grew up in Madison, then returned as an adult, and am currently plotting my escape. Your kids better appreciate having a smart parent.
Sucks that he acted uninterested—but at least you planted the seed.
It’s the whiff of unexamined privilege and subsequent entitlement that sours me. Their hearts are in the right place, but they shoot themselves in the feet *every time* because they lack actual perspective.
Madison, Wisconsin also fits this bill. Simply insufferable.
Thanks for highlighting their education reporting. I feel like they didn’t get enough attention for both that work and the education and desegregation work that has to be done in this country.
Heh. I thought: he’s still running?! the other night about whatshisname.
I like to think that modeling behavior would work here. Emulate the change you want to see in her, encourage her to pick up on it. I try this with my husband—as he does with me. I think it’s working, too.
This reads more like an advertisement than a post.
I hate to say it, but the first thing I thought when I heard Weiland passed: he made it a hell of a long time. Relatively. By the measure of other artists who have battled and succumbed to similar demons. And it’s fucking terrible, because 48 is still way too young.
I think it’s worth it. Especially when it goes on sale, which has happened at least once this year.
I was behind them until I saw this t-shirt they mocked this up for their FB page. Way to confuse issues.
I’ve had several issues with Amazon vendors adhering to sizing standards, even within their own sizing guidelines—pairing that with a hit or miss return policy, and sometimes too high of prices, and I have a hard time summoning up the patience to clothing shop on Amazon. It’s too chaotic.

I liked and used the K400 for awhile before moving on to the K830 also. I would buy another K830 if mine ever bit the dust—it’s perfect when I don’t want to turn on a light to use the keyboard.
A million times this.
I did this yesterday. Already enjoying the peace and quiet.
I bought the warm tech coat on Black Friday, and I already know it’s going to be a winner for Madison winters.
