Eh most celebs still court publicity, and this was around one film which it was their job to promote, so it’s not that unusual to ramp up the photo ops and gossip.

I saw it as an extension of the film, which was the focus of the evening. By that logic, it’s no less respectful than taking a role where you’re cast opposite a romantic lead that is not your partner IRL. Gaga’s ended prior engagements, so it just might be that she’s naturally gun shy or simply more career focused.

I miss that show! It was a riot.

I think if that performance had taken place anywhere other than an awards show where they were nominated, I’d be side eyeing it. But for that event it seemed to make sense.

That was my first impression! Someone in that photo is clearly an arachnid.

He looked super nervous leading up to the song, so I think it was like “whew! Got through that, now Lady takes over”. It does seem like they've got a bond, whether that's something more than platonic I'm not sure, but she seemed to anchor him for tgat performance, which was sweet. 

Yeah I was thrown by the AOC backlash once the deal fell through because until that point everyone was seemingly against it. 

It's funny because I'm a Gen-Xer born to parents of the previously invisible generation, my parents both born in the mid 1930s, too young to be the Greatest Gen, too old to be Boomers. We're the invisible family!

My last kitty was a rescue who came to us already named China, but she was young enough that we decided to rename her. It took about a week to figure out Meow-Meow was the only possible fit. She’d even meow at the dogs if we weren’t in the room. Not sure if they understood her, but they were all besties, and Meow-Meow…

I worked for Borders for 7.5 years, best job and best people ever. I left a few years before the shut down, but had plenty of friends who stayed even after the computers were stripped out.

I have worked through all available seasons of The Great British Baking Show on Netflix and miss it so much! I don’t even bake. But I love the support and camaraderie on the show......maybe one day I’ll actually use a “proving drawer”

My dad only took them to wooded parks with plenty of trees, they still found their way back to my parents’ back yard, though.

Oh my dad had a very traumatic squirrel death experience in childhood and couldn't bring himself to off them, even after they chewed through his fuel line....

Yeah, he had a friend who revealed himself to be a fellow squirrel relocator - he used nontoxic paint to tag their tails and sure enough they came from miles away. My dad eventually stopped because he felt badly about removing them from friends and family 😄
