My mom likes to taunt me with her microwaved water. I can’t stand it, there’s no temperature control! Though she uses a teapot and I use bags, thus we ultimately cancel out each others’ tea faux pas.

I wondered if the Romaine problem had led to a shortage of other greens. I'm generally a baby spinach girl and the supply has been abysmal. I'm in Virginia, so maybe the issue is regional? I need romaine to stop harshing my spinach vibe!

“Unofficially Australia’s biggest steer”

Same here. Photography is one of my hobbies, so I feel comfortable shooting myself and try to help other people feel relaxed during shoots because I know their pain. Unfortunately my main passion is playing in a band, and I have to do promo shoots. I have 3 photographers I trust not to make me look like a ghoul.

I found it boring. If you're looking to learn anything about the history, you can save 2 hours by visiting Wikipedia. I'm surprised the "penis scene" became news, really.

It’s rather boring. I expected a series, versus a movie and was sort of thrown by how shallow it was. It’s an interesting point in history that could have benefited from more time/context rather than just battle scenes (which also manage to be boring). I mentioned in a previous comment that it's like a book report

Hot toddy? Good for the throat, easy to make! Hope you feel better.

That title sounds familiar, I’ll have to look into it. I wish therapy were more affordable, I have crappy insurance so I’d be paying out of pocket. I can’t take meds - and from my friends’ experiences I don’t think I’m missing much. Therapy was so helpful, while I’m not always able to reign in my behavior, I at least

I think prior to social media, celebs still put out statements through their manager, etc. Social media has just made those statements more immediate, and I think celebs feel like fans expect it.

Maybe you're allergic to the vaccine? It's also possible to get a different strain of flu than is covered by the vacc, or still get the one covered by the vaccine but in a less severe form.

I confess I did watch the original, after the many articles that started popping up. It is a great example of escapism. I hate romance because I’m bitter and alone :) so I normally avoid stories where people fall in love, but it’s so over the top unrealistic and a bit campy that I will probably watch the sequel.

I can relate. I’ve had an ED off and on (mostly on, tbh) since age 15. I’m 44. I’ve alternated between anorexia and bulimia for most of that time. I’ve gotten better-ish (as in I know why I relapse and don’t want to continue my behavior) but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t worry about my body on a daily basis. I’m

I was sort of surprised to see her return for a sequel. I guess iZombie isn't as popular as it should be?

My ex and I basically look like the same kid in our first grade pictures. Bowl hair cut? Check. Striped rugby or polo style shirt? Check.

I think Beatrix Potter has a good following here in the States. I grew up with the books, and they were very popular when I worked in a children’s book store.

They are adorable!

Yeah the weird mullet hair combined with the mead belly weren’t really sexy times material. I actually thought the whole movie was a bit of a snore. It felt like the film version of a book report.

Yeah it was a big set up with what looked like about 4(?) friends. Yet there’s endless comments on the photos, a lot of them warning the rest of the public that they want to do the same thing for their birthdays.

Eh, 99% of the time it beats driving in DC traffic.

William Wallace was Braveheart, he was captured and executed by King Eward of England.
