Seriously! Can’t wait to see her interview and get my hands on her book. Just from this excerpt I’m so impressed with how open she is. If more people talked about common problems we face as humans, I think the world would be a better place.

It was! The whole situation was so odd, from his masquerading as a woman to the trial itself where the jurors were laughing at his "jokes". I think my jaw was dropped for 75% of The Jinx, the rest of the time I spent creeped out by how he seemed to blink vertically...
Nothing says spontaneous like lobsters!
Ugh I read the comments on the original post. The number of people calling her “iconic”.....either the bar is low or the meaning has been watered down.
I live next door to the 7th district (Richmond city) and was so nervous for my friends and neighbors. So happy for the victory and laughing so hard at Brat’s loss in light of the attempts to secure a Republican district!
If I ran (ever) this would be my play.
I think the mutual torture of marathoning makes that an a-okay proposal. No one's stealing anyone else's thunder.
I’ve never run a marathon but I think I’d be shoving his ass out of my way.
Fighting the good fight! The lines people are posting from the 7th are astounding. I’m really hoping Spanberger pulls this off.
I keep checking the forecast because we're supposed to get storms right around the time I'm heading to the polls but they keep pushing back the time and severity. I'm in Richmond city, but I know my friends nearby in the 7th district are pulling out all the stops to get Spanberger to oust Brat.
I’m in Va, in a safely blue district so my lines will probably be short, but man does it do my heart good to see all my fb friends posting about their voting and volunteering towards a truly blue commonwealth.
I don’t understand why she’s covered in mud, or is that supposed to be sand? This has never happened to me at the beach, even when I’ve been smacked by a wave and unceremoniously dragged ashore. Perhaps I am beaching wrong.
Heaven. It is power ballad glory!
Richmond, Va (city in particular)! Amazing arts/music/food scene, gorgeous architecture. Four seasons, though we tend to mix them around (70 in January, snow in April). There’s a lot of job variety, 3 major universities, large corporate and non-profit presence, plenty of smaller businesses as well.
I think they’ve gotten faster (friend got her wedding dress in two weeks with add on alterations), but still a gamble if you don’t like your order.
May not fit with your time crunch, but eshakti is the best!
Totally relate to this. My ex and I split two years ago and still have times where I fluctuate between missing him horribly and hating him more. Mostly I’m angry at myself for allowing someone no longer in my life to dictate how I feel.
I do this with workouts I know well enough not to need visual cues. I use my wireless ear buds to listen to the cues on my tablet while getting my Hulu fix on the tube. Time goes by much more quickly.
I’m not a gym fan, and tend to work out at home or take dance classes. Despite that, I have a few home work outs that have a high dread factor (fucking burpees!) They are some of my best workouts for cardio and strength training though, so I’ve learned to make a deal with myself: if I make it through the first 10…
There are certain celebrities whose names sound like products I haven't tried. Post Malone is one of them.
