That surprised me as well

I have the weird situation of having a brother 6 years older. We’ve never been very close. I always wished I’d either had a sister or that my brother and I were closer in age or had a bit more in common.

Yep that jumped out at me so much that I cringed. Then again, maybe she really is recanting some of the beautiful nuances of her family’s life, the ones spoiled by Princess Pushy.

When I saw the MS-13 ad, I was totally confused. I don’t think we’ve had them around Richmond in a decade or more and even then it was marginal. You’d think rural voters in the western part of the state would be more concerned with actual threats, like healthcare being pulled out from under them or the opiod epidemic.

I know at least here in Richmond, we are wound up and I have faith in a high turn out. But I also have to remember that Richmond City has been blue for the entirety of my 40 plus years, I can only hope the counties surrounding us that have been trending left continue to do so.

As someone who works in healthcare, I am so scared for the numerous patients we see who are on the ACA. Add in the fact that we’re a specialty practice that treats predominantly chronic, potentially debilitating conditions and I’m beyond livid.
