I’d take that a step further and say all car brands should stop wasting their time and money trying to create crude, baffling, really bad smart phone infotainment systems that are complete garbage. As long as your phone can connect to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, nothing else is needed.

personally ill never own another car without android auto and a touch screen, I just really like waze telling me about cops and potholes and traffic. and having a screen positioned where i can touch it. really like the ergonomics of the GTI for this reason
