Depending on your location and use. I think two 30 mile+ commutes to work and my regular shopping via ridesharing-du-jour will be much more than a car payment.

Im with you. The auto journo fever dream of a Corvette brand is based in the land of stupidity and lack of business sense. Corvette is a model, not a brand and just because Ford went full retard and named their electric crossover “Mustang” does not equate to sound business strategy.

how about an electric cross-over called the Corvette BoltVolt

Wait, nobody is going to comment on this “hypothetical brand expansion” of Corvette into SUVs? Then allow me to start that conversation.

That waste is actually all factored into the EPA ratings. They dont look at energy used by your motors to move the car, they just look at energy leaving the socket and how many miles you went. The in efficiency of the drivetrain, battery management/recharging losses, accessories, all adds up to the final number.

Years ago, we got the same idea and decided to have a guerilla drive in movie theater. We used a similar setup with an inverter for the projector and the FM transmitter, which worked very well. Both definitely seem more “premium,” but when you’re riding it, the Enflied feels more alive and has the same general handling/braking capabilities (even if, as a 650cc, it’s noticeably slower than the Triumph). I certainly didn’t

Thank you for an excellent article on a vehicle the every day guy (and gal) can afford.  Well written.

Seconding the great review and also here for the bike content.

I’m here for more bike content Mr Brownell, thank you.

Just the fly screen alone makes it look 10x better. That’s a lovely bike you have.

So they’ve shaven’ Maven?

I hope I never hear nor read the word “mobility” again. Corporate shit-speak.

Quoth the Maven: "Nevermore!"
