Pretty neat easter egg that Geoff Pierson, who played the former President, also played a President in 24. I'm assuming/hoping the casting was intentional.

I liked Richard, sad to see him go. The show has so many "main" characters vying for screen time (some of whom aren't interesting enough to be main characters) that the supporting characters are often reduced to barely being characters. It was good to have a supporting character that felt pretty real, had a nice…
Watching Graham Norton clips is a great way to get lost in Youtube for a few hours. His earlier shows are much more risque; he had to make it a little more PG once he got really popular and had big movie stars for guests. Perhaps my favorite clip from the internet is from an early show with Elton John- https://www.yout…
Oh they absolutely had no idea. Its tough, because her character in the first half is one of the worst tv characters ever, so the only way to make her character better was to completely change it. But then, of course, the character makes no sense. I guess they made the only choice they could have, but it's the writers…
That always bugged me with the later seasons, there would be actual series regulars who made it less than half a season before dying/disappearing. I know the show always had a "make it up as you go along" approach to the writing, but in the later seasons it was very obvious they had know idea where the show would go…
My first thought was that MacLeish got shot. Would really mess up the bad guys plan if their supposed to be president got killed. Plus he had that moment of doubt which in TV world often means the character is dying.
It seemed to me that it wasn't that Rosita missed the shot, just that Negan happened to move the bat directly in front of his head just in time. Its an incredible coincidence and still bad writing, but I prefer that to Rosita just randomly missing.
The problems is because the writers want Negan to be a character for multiple seasons. The rest of the show, really. This whole conflict should take one season total, with Negan defeated (and probably dying) in the finale. But like the Governor at the end of season 3, they are going to stretch this whole thing out way…
Julian Albert as Alchemy is incredible obvious considering how his last name is the same as Alchemy's first name in the comics. Not sure how the show thought it would be big news.
I think it might actually be real, I remember an interview where the actor said it was a wig last season but this one he had time to grow his hair and beard.
The reviewer is right in that the problem with Negan is that he talks like a 12 year old just learning how to swear. You can get away with that on the comics page, but when said aloud the words just sound silly, not terrifying (and the fact that they can't actually say the worst swears doesn't help). The problem is…

Berkeley (and Tom Payne, who plays Jesus) have been promoted to series regular which is why the names appear even when the character does not. The Hilltop will come back soon.
So what does everyone think are the chances of the show actually forming the rogues? I'm talking a team up of the classic rogues the show has- Cold, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Trickster (Hamill), maybe throw in Top and Golden Glider as well. I've pretty much been hoping for this ever since the show was…
Same here. I was all set to comment on how stupid this was, but I must concede it got me.
I'm just happy to see Fred Willard is back. Wouldn't have been quite the same without him.
The were both the villains from issue 2 of the original Spider Man comic. So it actually makes sense for them both to be in the same movie.
He's not evil. He just has a certain viewpoint about the inmates that he thinks is true, but we know is not because we've been spending the past four seasons getting to know them. I suspect that if he does come back we will learn more about why he believes what he believes.
I feel that, like the author wrote, The Road Warrior is both the better and more influential movie. Most of what people think of when they think of Mad Max comes from that one.
2, 1, and 4 respectively. And thanks for the list- I wasn't counting the animals and completely forgot and Robyn and Beric's cameo.
