I believe recent Sony point-and-shoot cameras (the HX5V for example) have the ability to take multiple rapid exposures and then stitch them together, choosing the sharpest areas from each image to make a single composite result.

@DustyButt: So you're suggesting we need to classify large quantities of Mentos as a potential terrorist weapon of mass destruction?
Great, 7,000,000,000 new reasons for Intel to keep making hardware that *needs* anti-virus software...
Sorry, but the relative positioning of the main keyboard numeric keys relative to the function keys is complete FAIL. You want F1 to be almost directly above the 1 key.
Cute, but limited selection of airlines. Does not display Southwest flights at all, so pretty useless to me.
I need this like I need 5.1 more holes in my head.
@colorme: It's undoubtedly non-replaceable LEDs, but they should last the life of the system, 10,000 hours+
Oh look, an LP. If Voyager turned around and started home right now, by the time it got here *we* probably wouldn't remember how to listen to the thing :P
I'm so tired of the whole "singularity" thing. These guys have some kind of AI fetish and presume/hope/dream too much about natural and artificial brains getting together and making a happy future for everyone.
@RandomNeurons: If HP can do it with ink, why shouldn't Apple do it with cases?
I hope this works out better than the Kindle DX curriculum one or two schools tried and apparently the students hated it.
This is why Apple wins. They promote an "us vs. everyone else" attitude so that people start out choosing between Apple and "something else", when they should be choosing one out of 33 devices. So even with a random coin toss Apple starts with half the market.
I'm pretty sure those green things are passive and simply wire the PS2 serial wires to a USB jack, and it's the mouse/keyboard that would have the magic smarts to auto-detects which interface to provide.
Yeah, yeah, just wait til your eyes start to go...
@Tycho Vhargon: Indeed, and lots of us howled about the "it's just a big iPhone!" thing when the specs were first announced, but it turns out that apparently size DOES matter.
John Sculley is probably available.
@wætherman: And I'm sure *nobody* would ever make ANY sort of smart remark about "The Queens district attorney"...
But the blue bar looks full to me...
This guy is going to be famous. He'll be doing all the talk shows over the coming weeks talking about what total assholes passengers are these days, and then the passenger rights people will respond that it's the airlines fault, etc., etc.
@GMoneyFunk: I was on a very surreal AA flight once, where towards the end of the flight the flight attendants started showing their own videos on the in-flight entertainment system (this was in the days when it was VHS based), and they showed the Buh-Buy sketch to the passengers *twice*. Apparently this is the acme…
