Thanks for the great write up...

I’m just saying that 30% even considering it is a huge win. That # only goes up as more appealing options and better charging comes online.

Considering EVs currently make up what, <2% of sales, I think 30% considering an EV is HUGE.

Escalating it so they pull out a gun and shoot you?  Sounds like a winning solution to me.

My main issue is when drivers of several thousand pounds of steel who abuse their right of way or neglect traffic laws.

Surprised the cops didn’t off him.

Absolutely NP all day long.

Us joos just make it all happen.  Come on.

Actually, I believe you can charter a train

I never stopped calling DCA “Washington National Airport”

If I could walk to work every day (or better, WFH) and have an awesome car for the weekend rather than a penalty box because I put 35k miles a year on my ride driving to an office

YES!

I had a 2018 F31 3-series and now a PS 2 (non-performance pack, with all season tires). The Polestar is a much more fun car to drive than the old 3-series.

Agree with Trevor. Rearward visibility is crap, but the cameras are great. Definitely get the Pilot pack with the multiple cameras. Recently had a PS 2 rental without the extra cameras and it’s a worse experience than my PS 2 with the cameras.

Charging is slow in the cold.

I can already tell you lots about driving the PS 2 in sub-zero weather. Just 3 weeks ago I drove it in -20F temps heading up to Maine and had to park it over night with 11% SOC (luckily next to a Tesla Destination charger that was occupied when I arrived and not needing to drive the next day).  By morning the SOC

My freedom is negatively affected by pollution, danger, and increased maintenance costs imposed by the decision to drive very heavy vehicles. If you don’t want to pay by mile in real time, fine. Pay an annual flat fee when your odo is read at the smog check station. Youre FREE to choose.

Driving on public roads is a privilege. To do so, you obey the societal rules.

Ok, bi-annual. There are emissions tests.

Giant elitist trucks or Subaru Crosstreks.
