Agree 100%. I’ve already pulled into charging stations that are full. And slow charging means an EV may be parked at one for hours.

Gas stations started disappearing in major cities years ago.  This trend will continue.

The infrastructure for widespread EV use will be here before ICE is banned.

Yes. This is why companies continued to invest in EVs during the Trump years. America is not the only market, and automakers are doing R&D regardless of what happens in DC.

We have 2x4 in our 1886 house. It royally sucks, but we’re going to do all we can afford to make it more efficient with new insulation (soon) and eventually blueskin wrap when we re-do our shit vinyl siding.

Just give them a vibrator. Serves the same ‘titilating’ purpose as riding around on a giant motor.

Exactly.  Off-peak there is plenty of capacity because our power system is sized for max AC during hot summers.

They are compared to most of humanity.

If one drives to work, then there’s a place to park, which means there could be a place to charge. My work has charging.

That’s just wrong. The mazda6 has never been as reliable. I understand the accord has also gotten less so.

If you’re worried about price/size as being the only thing that matters, then I hate to introduce you to a Porsche 911.

The id.4 is a great cheap car. Cheap being the operative word.

Especially for the women-folk.

And the Camry!

I just traded my Sunset Orange BMW wagon for a Gray Version 5.3b Polestar 2.

I got an EV. Cost me ~$10 for 200 miles at Electrify America.

Call it the child killer. Why? You can’t see anything under 5' tall in front of this thing
