Good ol’ National Lampoon, too bad it’s gone.
Good ol’ National Lampoon, too bad it’s gone.
I don’t think he said it was for a prank... he said it was for someone you hate - therefore you want it to be permanent.
Alright, Inspector Clouseau, good luck with your investigation...
Have they released pricing yet for the soft tops? We’re still waiting for pricing in Canada for both Soft Top and RF, but we have the details on the trim levels:
Yep, and you’ll save $1,118 in interest if you can handle the extra $139 :)
Sometimes it is... when they are dragged by their girlfriends and wives. Maybe the Harley store is a good distraction when at the mall against your will?
I agree that they won’t buy the typical Harley. But hopefully H-D will make some reasonable quiet bikes soon that non-boomers would appreciate.
Raph - why do you seem so surprised about Hungary for BMW’s new plant? Seems like a perfect spot to me.
84 month payment plans are great for banks. For example, assuming $70,000 and 3% interest, they make $5,468 on a 60 month, whereas they make $7,694 on an 84 month.
I agree with a lot of what you’ve ridden, but I don’t get why you think it’s such a potential problem that these are sharing a platform? “the fact that an off-roader and a cruiser and a street performance bike share a platform doesn’t send a strong message to me that H-D is really interested in product innovation”.
Sorry, but your examples really don’t add up here. The number of total malls is indeed shrinking and there is no longer a market for the small to medium-sized mall.
So you’re that idiot in the left lane who I have to flash my high beams at, then honk the horn before eventually passing on the right...
I agree that the anti speeding guy sucks. But on long trips speeding also can help a lot. Sorry for metric, I’m Canadian, but:
All of life is a race.
Faster acceleration or top speed? Or do you just mean better handling?
I don’t know a lot about race cars, but if I wanted a fantastic track car, why wouldn’t I just pay $70k for a NASCAR with 700 horsepower?
But then you have to take it apart and build it again - isn’t the building the reason you’d buy a car like this???
When you buy a kit car, I think the building is part of the fun... does it really add to the value?
Not the worst idea, and comparatively, practically nobody does live there.
It’s an old Chevy Impala, just a joke on the similarities... shared parts bin... I don’t know it seemed funnier at the time haha
