It makes the most sense to me too, and it's the closest thing to Winterfell besides Deepwood Motte. Oh wait, Theon will want to go to Deepwood Motte. His sister is there right? Yeah, Deepwood Motte is way closer than Castle Black and Theon's sister conquered Deepwood Motte so it makes the most sense actually for them

Why do all the stray characters seem to converge on the Wall? Where will Sansa and Theon run to? The wall and Deepwood Motte are closest so they should run to Castle Black or Deepwood Motte. Supposedly it takes a 'moon's turn' to get to Castle Black from Winterfell which I think means a month. Here's a map. Where

Yeah, Cersei's scene reminded me very much of Jesus' walk through town to his crucifixion in Scorsese's The Last Temptation of Christ.

"As much as I hope Jon Snow is alive, I believe Game of Thrones has been very clear with its stance on meaningful deaths. For Snow or Stannis to survive in any way would be a cop-out imo; fan service. And I don't think the show works like this. Viewers are still clinging to hope? Have we learned nothing?"

I would rather Snow become king of the white walkers and be turned rather than the red priestess revive him or for him to have warged into his wolf or something or just be dead, but I suspect it will be Melisandre reviving him.

It's kindof annoying that the showrunners seem to be hell-bent on sticking with the whole "dead is dead" motif what with the news that Kit has been signed up through season seven. He's one of three major lead characters so of course he's not dead or if dead will be revived in some manner. Why even try to fake us out?

That may be true that cgi was used a lot, but at the same time it was done correctly, only to enhance certain effects not replace them altogether so I think the film is remarkable because of that, it proves practical effects just look more realistic.

So true, and it's funny that you say that at this time, because it's really bad news for creature sfx fans this week, Spuddie.

This so cracked me up, Rambaldi! <3

Yep. Great call. If Mr. Pinkerton turns and gets caught massacring some group of people then Ethan would be off the hook!

I watched it. Just wow. That opening sequence looked so similar to Jonathan Glazer's Under the Skin! This season is def going to be the best one by far i think, nknotz! They seem to have completely abandoned the procedural structure and are embracing a more nuanced and jagged arthouse semi-linear plot this time. In my

Gaslighted! I like you Scrawler! One of my favorite films btw. =)

Samesies! Hecate's dress was everything!

Just when it was going so well, they had to throw in a drug problem for one of the leads just like the adultery problem they threw into season one, I'm beginning to sense a beat-sheet being followed too closely.

Huh? So their argument is that mass deaths are worse than a single horrifying death and so since they and we don't wince at a building getting knocked over in a cartoonish superhero film(I take exception to this theory btw., I just watched San Andreas and I felt plenty bad for extra #143 that fell to their death

Why in the world didn't we get the Insidious movie about the origins of the lipstick-faced demon? I thought that was where this series was going? Didn't Insidious 2 end with his image showing that we'd see an origin film about him? It seems like a major misstep to go back even further in the timeline to before she met

Wow. Just wow! What a fantastic episode! I was finally able to catch just enough free-time to watch this, I'm keeping up with so many series right now, it's hard to find the time to view them all, at any rate, I'm so happy this show is back on the air and that we're starting the third season. Mostly I just wanted to

Oh no, I don't want Ferdinand Lyle to die. I'd miss his accent and voice too much, and that hair! It's like Willy Wonka. lol.

Well I was just thinking maybe since it was an infectious disease it might be the appropriate thing to do to prevent it from spreading idk.

I'd agree except for the scenes in Dorne in GoT. It's like a high-tier pay channel show suddenly became a CW show when they switch to Dorne and it's those silly gold costumes and the fake looking halberd thingies all the soldiers use that throw it off not to mention the sand snakes(lol). They really screwed up Dorne,
