Yes, the parallels between the boy and his overbearing father in FBDO felt a little too close to home with Noah's situation with the wealthy father-in-law helping them so much financially in order to keep Noah and his daughter and grandchildren on a short leash. Could they make it any more obvious? We get it. Noah

I tend to like Noah's Alison better as a character than either Alison's Alison or Alison's Noah or Noah's Noah out of the four characters if that makes any sense. Noah just isn't very interesting in either perspective, so I'm intrigued most by Noah's version of Alison who seems to be dealing with guilt and grief by

"He is drawn to her and yet consistently rebuffs her and tells her how horrible their bond is, something dudes in his position do like clockwork."

I have two opinions on who is more unreliable and they happen to contradict one another:

Somebody a while back mentioned that this might be all in the writer's head as his new book(like the movie Third Person), but he hasn't written any words yet, so idk about that theory. I also wonder if it's Cole who's dead why they didn't get together to make their stories sync whether he was killed accidentally or

Just based on the amount of screentime an actor or actress gets(which is often a giveaway in mysteries) it has to be one of those two, I agree. In mysteries they either are the person that gets lots of screentime so you don't think it's them until the end, or it's the person who gets the least so it blindsides you,

Why is everyone thinking it's not going to be Cole? I think it's Cole that's dead.

Kathy Bates is the only interesting thing about this season of AHS but it's not interesting enough or scary enough to keep watching it.

Yes, Carnivale is much better, heck even Tod Browning's old movie Freaks is scarier than this show.

She's good in it. I like her character, but the show as a whole just isn't very interesting or scary or compelling. Kathy Bates is good also, but there's just not much meat to this story. It's a bunch of stock characters meets a bland drama.

That shot with Dandy inside the mask putting you in first-person view wasn't so much an homage as much as it was a direct rip-off of John Carpenter's Halloween, and because he didn't kill the maid, the whole scene played out like something you'd see on Scary Movie 5. I guess if you adjust your expectations radically

Not so much…

I hated that season. I thought Gyp was cartoonish and silly. Just my opinion.

Unless you've seen the finale already, what makes everyone including you think Nucky is going to go rescue Gillian from the nuthouse? I would find it more likely that she's luring him there to try and kill him, because it was he who got her raped, and he who killed her son(which must finally dawn on her now that it

Yeah lol!

Great read! I liked your article, Nicholas! The person I'm finding in Peaky Blinders that is stealing the show is the actor playing Arthur(although the actress playing Polly is also doing some fantastic work as well). His performance as a PTSD sufferer on that show really brings home the effects war has on soldiers,

I don't know, but in Scarface the guy snorted a massive pile of cocaine off his desk and attempted to stop a near-battalion of gangsters invading his mansion with two automatic assault rifles and a shotgun by himself, so I'm guessing it makes your ego feel unstoppable! lol.

Homeland is a train wreck in my opinion.

Pakistanis? They're all Indian actors and actresses. lol.
