Agreed. It felt very unsatisfying. I was curious to see what Barry would bring to the throne and whether he would indeed bring about democracy, and I also wanted to watch a coup go down in full detail to see how all the clockwork pieces fit into place to accomplish the goal. I feel gypped.

Great review, Dennis…

Dennis will skewer it as usual. I thought he was wrong about this show because I thought the writing was going to be more clever than it turned out to be, mainly that the wife was going to end up being a cia spook, but alas, she was just a dimwit. After realizing that it wasn't going to be that kind of show I gave up

Agree. It's not as good as the first but certainly isn't a bad film. Quite good actually! Glad you and your wife liked it!

This show used to be silly b-movie style fun. Pick it apart with your friends and have some laughs, but this show has done the impossible, and made itself tedious.

The first time I saw the original Sin City I was filled with a weird feeling like this dark world isn't far from real life. We are all driven by desire and know we're going to die, and I must say after just getting back from SC2 that I was happy that I still had the same feeling well up in me again. That feeling of

This episode was a confusing mangled misogynistic mess. Can't believe it was awarded an A. This entire season for that matter is better to be forgotten and hope for the best with S3. I mean how hard could it have been? All they had to do to move the timeline forward this season was have Bill divorce Libby and marry

Did you watch last night's Leftovers? That's about three eps in a row that Lost keeps seeping into the Leftovers. It's got Damon written all over it. Jumbled time shifts, mystery boxes, some a-ha moments because he shuffled time like this most recent episode that, if it were me, would've made this episode as Ep 1, not

Godric was amazing.

My boyfriend has one and has explained the architecture of sound design to me and I play around with it some but I'm not a musician, it's just fun to noodle around on the keys and with the knobs. Synths are pretty neat!

Comment of the week right here. ^5! ;)

I thought the ending wasn't very good in Blue Ruin, but I did appreciate seeing someone trying to exact revenge and not being very good at it. It was like watching the anti-bourne ultimatum. ;)

Despite this being one of the worst finales ever shot and released with a straight face, can we at least agree that the finale also had one of the coolest scenes ever, too?

Can we take a moment to remember the best worst line of the season in memoriam?

Why was there new blood in sookie's fridge and she was pregnant? I was half expecting her to end up with Eric but it looks like she just ended up with some random plumber.

Oh and the leftovers episode tonight sucked bigtime too and with only one episode left in the season this has to be one of the bigger missteps in writing to go back in time just when some things were happening that were becoming interesting. leave it to lindelof to always blow it.

Bill has always been an emo vamp. The fact that he finally did die wasn't that big of a shock. He wasn't fond of being a vamp.

This made the Lost finale and the Dexter finale seem like masterpieces of television in comparison. An utterly pointless season which completely abandoned the original story arc of hep v vamps terrorizing cities halfway through the season to be able to do some more pointless character storylines never really trying to

Dexter's series finale was a masterpiece in comparison to the True Blood finale. It was even worse than Lost.

Does anyone know what songs were sung in this episode? Would like to try and find them online somewhere.
