This is what I think of when I think “antarctica”.

Transferring doesn’t get you any XP, but if you have enough candy to evolve Pidgey before transferring, always do it. Each evolution gets you 500 XP, and you’re unlikely to ever run out of Pidgeys. Just keep the highest CP Pigeot, and ditch all of the Pidgeottos.
From what I’ve read, the bar is the cp potential, and the only reason it caps out is because you have to have a higher trainer level. I’m pretty sure every pokemon has a set cp they can reach and it doesn’t vary, but I could be wrong. Like dragonite caps out at 3500 I think. Ign posted a list with all the pokemon and…
Yeah, and what if the lower CP guy has better attacks (ie 12/50 vs 8/40). I’m still trying to figure out which ones to evolve.

So my house is actually a gym. This probably happened because I live in a co-op that is housed in an old mansion that’s nearly a century old; so it’s both a landmark in my city and able to comfortably house about 20 people who co-own the place.
Blood and Wine is so amazing. I’ve still not completed it yet because I don’t want it to end.
