Horizon Zero Dawn when I’m alone. The Witness when my son is on the couch with me and we want to game together.

I always loved this game for what it is - an exploration simulator. If I have an hour to kill and my son is next to me and I just feel like gaming, but don’t want him to watch all the death and killing that comes with other games, I’ll boot this up and wander around a planet and let him name animals after his

Although this did give me the idea of burning through my Netflix watchlist while my son is at the playground.

Yeah, was turning this off last night to get to sleep and entered photomode thinking “I’ll screw around for a minute to see what it’s about”. 124 minutes later...

In her defense she has been cut off at the knees lately.

“We are going to do everything within our power to stop long-simmering racism” and turn it up to a boil...

I know exactly where that is. I think I might have violated my principals there as well. I was surprised how many missions you could walk in and out of with your drone and rc car while Marcus sat behind a car.

Yeah, we really enjpyed WD2 in our house. I’d even let my son play some of the platforming sections to get the collectables (he gets very little screen time). And yeah, Marcus was a great character- some excellent writing there. I even did a second “no kill” playthrough and loved it more the second time. Excited to

This was my take on DR4 as well. Game ended and I was like “that’s it?” No side mission, no tension. I had fun, but not something I would paly again or suggest somone pick up unless it was on sale.

Dead Rising 4. Uncharted 4. Didn’t plan it like that, just going through my backlog.

Watchdogs 2, the stealth no kill playthrough continues. Really enjoying this game - some great voice work and acting. Craving a round of Horde 3.0 on Gears of War 4 so might try to find a decent group. All this Overwatch talk makes me want to play some Overwatch as well. I have a copy of Dead Rising 4 as well I

My friend has an air compessor in his garage and it actually says “do not insert hose into anus” on the warning label. I laughed but then realized, if they had to put it on the label, someone, somewhere, tried it.

I have the final(?) battle in Blood and Wine to finish - had a hard time beating it for a day or two, then vacation came, and summer, and then back to school for my son, then holidays. I know I need to go back and beat that one battle but I cannot make myself do it.

I’m going to continue Watchdogs 2 - no guns, stealth playthrough. Perhaps start Dead Rising 4, and I picked up The Witness to play with my son as he’s still learning FP controls and this seemed mellow enough for him to get stuck on a bush.

Nah, these are great. I picked up the Uncharted Collection over the holidays and played through them while snowed in. Great fun, They’ve aged wonderfully. Have fun!

Whatever happened to benadryl with a warm milk chaser and a lock on the bedroom door?

I was backpacking through Ireland when some guy wanted to fight me at the bar. No other reason he didn’t like my face. So we get to talking, I buy him a drink, he buys me a drink, this goes on for a few rounds and he gets up to pee. I figured it was time for me to make it back to the hostel while he’s in the bathroom.

“My god, your hands are even smaller in real life” would be the proper response to meeting and shaking Trump’s hands.

Just have the final boss battle for Titanfall 2 campaign, then perhaps I might check out multiplayer. I might need to see if I can go 50 rounds on Insane Horde in Gears 4. Then there is the PS4 I got for my birthday this week that I haven’t hooked up yet. Uncharted Collection and/or Last of Us beckons. Decisions.

I’ll star this. Check is in the mail.
