Someone wrote “Fuck you” on the bill. We don’t know who - it doesn’t appear to be the same writing style as the filled in numbers, but who knows.

I teach fitness classes and I try to emphasize this. HIIT work and intense cardio can be great, but you really shouldn’t be going all-out kill yourself every single day. But it’s really hard to convince some people that actually working out at a lesser intensity is worthwhile.
