Here in TX and in NY—no stickers go on the plate. You put a sticker in the front window. Same deal in VA as well. States with front & back plates either put stickers on the back or a separate sticker in the front windshield and nothing on the plates.

with proper network connections and real time traffic information, congestion should be improved with autonomous cars.
