There’s no way you can get a good computer for 400. Unless you do some serious, serious bargain hunting and get lucky, the graphic card alone will run you almost 200, if not more if you want to run witchery and the like on Max. Not counting the cpu, motherboard, possibly a OS, and a case. Then a decent video game…

Hell my gtx 750 was over 150. There’s no way in hell you can get a computer for as cheap as the Xbox one or ps4 and have it run everything in good settings for 400.
