Fake! At least, the Apple part. The tone is unprofessional and *totally* un-Apple. And, of course, the "fix" is obvious bullshit, which Apple wouldn't dare open themselves to ridicule by publishing.

I don't believe that Apple would respond to the question one way or the other—that hasn't been their style—so I suspect that the comment from the "unnamed" (of course...) source is fake.
