Oh, it's so not that. Really, is it anything new from her? No. It's pretty much the same stuff she was doing on her previous two records, but not as good.

That would be my second favorite, after "Digital Witness." Seeing Tune-Yards tonight. I'm not super excited about it, though, because the rest of the record is just okay. It all pales in comparison to "Water Fountain."

…in peace.

From the same episode, Scorpio claiming that he never gave Homer his coat, and then you see he's quickly stolen it back from Homer and put it on backwards.

Kualalumper… Koalalompor…France!

Makes me laugh everytime I get a closed pistachio.

Sneed's Seed and Feed

Bassist fellated?

I thought it was okay. I don't remember it being one of Cruise's better performances, though.

My one criterion for enjoyment was that it be better than Pacific Rim, which I enjoyed but with which I was severely disappointed. It didn't even come close to living up to that.

I didn't see Valkyrie, but, yes, Tropic Thunder. Love to see him take more roles like that.

I was surprised when both of my brothers told me they disliked it.

I think The Immigrant played in Europe, where James Gray is better regarded, last year, but the Weinsteins sat on it until late spring of 2014.

My top 10 (released theatrically in the US this year) so far (have not seen Boyhood, Under the Skin or Snowpiercer):

That's good news! It's one of those movies that I know I'll have to see, just because I love those guys so much in New Girl and Happy Endings. I thought the preview was pretty funny, but it also looks like the kind of movie that might have given away its best gags in the trailer.

I wish the final act had been better, but otherwise it was really great. Emily Blunt, with whom I've never been particularly enamored, was just great. And it's Tom Cruise's best since I don't know when. Magnolia maybe?

Yeah, I thought he was very good, though McAvoy really stole the movie.

I'm convinced Godzilla will be the blockbuster that everyone next year will insist they always hated. Like Star Trek Into Darkness last year.

I liked Super 8 a lot, but it seems everyone else I know either hated it or found it mediocre. It definitely had its problems, but, yeah, the children were fantastic and it was most definitely entertaining.
