the district court ruled the implementation of it as unconstitutional. so it was both.

Yeah forget facts. You got this under control I see. Good luck to ya.

The problem is Trump doesn’t understand that.

Do you really not see the difference or are you being obtuse?

So it’s been a whole 2 days since the orangutan in chief learned that China doesn’t control North Korea. During the week prior to learning this (from the Premier of China, no less), he bombed two countries in an effort to increase his popularity.

24-48 hours, but yeah.

Really need to stop giving this con artist free publicity for his pseudoscience

Putting together terrible bills is different than incompetence. The health care bill just particularly terrible. I’d argue though that the difference between Trump’s campaign promises and that bill were so stark that even the press couldn’t screw up the coverage. The deep unpopularity of the bill is what sunk it.

Technically, any aircraft he is in gets designated as air force one. And yes, the plane most frequently used as air force one is on 24/7 standby. The airport doesn’t need to completely shut down though. AF1 gets priority over everything else and air traffic control changes flight paths of other aircraft in the space

Let me get this straight. Your stance is there’s no evidence. You support your stance by claiming that if there were evidence, the Washington Post would have published it. You assert that they didn’t publish it so therefore there must not be evidence. Your mental gymnastics to deal with cognitive dissonance should

A request for a salary requirement is quite different than a request for salary history.

Nope, can’t think of a single downside to lying during an interview process.

Your first response is not bad but don’t think for a second they don’t know what you are trying to do. The problem with that approach is it deteriorates trust. You deliberately avoided a question in an interview trying to gain power. It might give you a slightly higher initial offer but, in my experience, it rarely

I don’t like the prefacing they use. It’s not needed in your initial response. It’s like apologizing when you’ve done nothing wrong.

As another person responded, putting in 0 or 1 is a way to get around this. I prefer to put in my target salary (with a * if allowed). Then, in the next open text field, I make a note saying the number represents my target salary or “market value of services provided”.
