You think American Something suing Tidal means its not good over in Tidal land ... American Something of what I already forgot their name? Please stop your embarrassing yourself. Also Prince’s estate already settled with Tidal. So they are not currently suing Tidal. Also I said artists and labels, Prince’s estate is

Tidal: .0128

You were right, and it was a pointless point. But congrats? Also Prince’s estate is suing everyone including 2 hospitals and Walgreens. The estate is broke and they are just trying to get what they can before the dust settles.

No one with an ownership stake has an album solely on Tidal except for Lemonade. All the other owners release on all platforms.

Tidal is no more doomed then the whole market is doomed is the point. So why all the Tidal hate?

Agreed, that’s why I have a Google Account also, just for my Google Home’s, even though Google is the worst of the majors.

They pay higher royalties, it has nothing to do with who owns a stake. Every artist is getting paid better per stream on Tidal then the other services. So you may see rich people on stage as owners, but your being cheap to your favorite local or up and coming artist, and no cost to you even.

That and wasn’t the HiFi version restricted to the desktop client only?

Thanks Sparky, you managed to list one “NYC based” band with a footprint so small its not even a “US based” band. The only real lawsuits that are from Norwegian acts and labels. American Dollar has the most anemic web page where they sued Microsoft, Google and Tidal for 5 million each for royalties, yeah sounds legit.

I would love a job working for Tidal if you got a line on one. But you didn’t discount anything I said. You pay the same for all of these services except one is willing to pay the artists slightly more, and depending on the artists you are into, has better exclusives.

Tidal is a great service, its easy to find new music through it, and it gets the day one exclusives from some of the biggest artists through deals, which is all I need. I find some things odd, it seems only Norwegian bands and labels are suing Tidal, US based companies which back even bigger artists seem to be all

Its the counter the fact that not all of the actors are getting the same vitriol for the terrible roles they played in the terrible Star Wars movie. Which is exactly the point. I mean if you can’t separate an actress from the role they are playing, the least you can do is be equally a jerk to all the actors and not

I believe it was a tie-in to the book that came out about the planet. You got to see how many of the things actually worked or looked, like fathiers, etc. Which even after reading the book I still couldn’t image what the hell they looked like.

This looks good, but a little too close to Battlefield for comforts sake, down to the font and design of how damaged is displayed when in 3rd person. I have been looking for a slightly future tech title since it seems Battlefield isn’t willing to do it.

Teddy is an old western character, I think it makes sense if you think of him more like an actor in a western and not a free thinking modern human who has watched tons of movies.

That only works if people are watching live however. Since they aren’t, its not a grocery store, or electronics store, where they are selling something to cheap to get you in the doors. No one is going in the doors, that’s the problem.

Agreed, this article is a Kotaku main article if anything. It doesn’t have anything to do with competitive gaming. I wouldn’t think Compete’s audience would be general gaming people as keeps being argued, its why its a subsite, their audience is a niche section under Kotaku.

If this was permanent I would finally buy this game. Been itching for a modern shooter like Battlefield before they went all WW1 and WW2.

You watch too many movies to think police are running around disarming knife wielding individuals with their nightsticks. You swing that nightstick and miss and your dead. I get that most people do not like cops, but I don’t think the issue is the rule says they can shoot, its just their fear of being killed in the

I looked into this when I was planning to open a similar venue in NYC and each company has its own licensing terms and conditions and fees depending on the number of PC’s running the games, etc. It was just a mess. I am pretty sure most local stores like these are running counter to the rules and just flying under the
