I love this thing so much. However, I also enjoyed the normal RC/RC-F so I’m probably a bit biased. Oh well. This thing looks kickass.

If I had enough money, an NSX would be in my driveway. I don’t get why people hate on it so much. Definitely underrated and especially with the 2019 revisions, a great offering.
There’s no torque steer. So long as you stay within OEM spec on wheels/tires there is literally none. How? Honda magic.
And you all said the regular Type R was ugly and couldn’t possibly look any worse...
Because it looks a lot better in person, not to mention once you drive one you really won’t care what it looks like on the outside.
I drive a Type R. Looks don’t faze me. It’s all about how I feel when driving it (and I like how the Type R looks so...).
You’re right, but I tried to stay away from the luxury marques only because this wears a Toyota badge (yes, I know it’s a BMW underneath). The Stinger GT is the only thing that I can think of, outside of a 370Z which is ANCIENT at this point. But the 370Z still offers a stick so maybe not the craziest idea...
Between this and a Kia Stinger GT, which would you choose? I’m going with a Stinger, honestly.
No, at least not at launch. Maybe down the road... probably not.
If money wasn’t a problem, I’d own an [orange] NSX. I don’t normally lust for supercars as most of them are unreachable for me, but this one is an exception.
The dealer didn’t let me drive my Type R. Good thing because I would’ve had to admit I had no idea how to drive stick and who knows how that would’ve went.
I’m not fond of Tesla or some of their owners, but I’m not that much of an asshole to participate in this kind of shit.
Failing sedans, there’s always hatchbacks if you need some more space! Honestly wonder why hatchbacks just aren’t more popular here. It seems like if you take a hatchback, lift it up, put some black cladding on it and call it a crossover you get a big seller. If you don’t, you suffer from the same sedanopocalypse.
Yes, that’s a very accurate description of how I felt inside. I felt safe, the car didn’t feel like it was going to keel over, but boy was I devoid of anything fun. My mood was not the greatest driving it. I can’t imagine a manual transmission would fix it either, not that a rental Corolla would ever come with…
Best: Without a doubt the one I own (2018 Civic Type R)
I want to go to a track with my Type R, but I’m deathly scared of doing something stupid with it since I’ve never been on a track before.
I asked Mitsubishi that too, but frankly I’m not sure even they know.
If I had the extra money for one I would easily put a TLX SH-AWD in my driveway besides my Type R. I don’t mind the beaky ones either.
Two of my favorite shots from this year, both shot on an iPhone because I lack an actual camera.
I swapped out the OEM tires to 245/35/ZR20 all season tires, which fit on the stock rim. Gives me a bit more profile, has no rubbing, and I can drive it without feeling like I’m on skates when the temperature gets cold.
