they should also try the ADAs and cops in these sorts of cases with accessory after the fact. They knowingly assisted the real killers in getting away in order to score a conviction and boost their stats. What if this person or persons kills someone else - not their problem I guess...

Anybody who knowingly, willfully, and illegally, withheld evidence from their attorneys is guilty of kidnapping and should go to jail. They were cops and lawyers.  They knew the rules and chose to break them.  Not just lose their job or lose a civil lawsuit. Go. To. Jail.
