Hi, Folks! Mod Motor Guy, the shop owner checking in again!

Dealership is in the wrong. Allow me to explain my shop’s insurance policy, and you will soon see....

1. General liability - this is EXACTLY as it sounds. If I am out driving your car for whatever reason, be it a test drive, a delivery, or anything general

Look who’s mom isn’t a blabber mouth

207shitbox's is a car group. I did not participate in the spelling.

Thanks for the support! ❤

I will not stand for this slander of the 3800.

3 passengers in a 2 seater sports car, apparently none of them seatbelted. Absent some absurd conspiracy/serial killer level theory, every person in that car was a willing party to stupidity.

True. There’s a goldmine of amazing automotive YouTube videos they could be coattail surfing yet somehow they land on “lightskinyogi” sliding his half naked ass on the floor.

I’ve been on Jalopnik for its complete 15 year existence and this is in the running for the dumbest post I’ve ever seen on here.

Thanks, I am now ordering a hat.  $38, you fucker...but no way can I pass up a Trash Pandas hat knowing this exists.

receiving 250 pounds of boost at 8,000 rpm

Oh man I loved this thing as a kid growing up.

I hope Peter Gabriel buys it

I remember reading an article in Maxim (which I bought for the articles, honest) which mentioned shops that setup car mods like a flamethrower that would spray would-be carjackers when they stood next to the doors.

Safety is anti-green! Less humans in the world is more environmentally friendly.... checkmate.

Any car can have soul. Any car.

I think it’s sarcasm. I think everyone knows the power is ‘adequate’ and nothing more.

Fuel injection on bikes isn’t that great. Carbs provide buttery smooth fueling at all RPMs. FI tends to be snatchy on/off at low revs. That’s why motorcycles adopted FI later than cars, and did so starting with larger engines (more rotating mass, less susceptible to FI being crappy at low RPMs).

Carbs are fine if you know how to care for and maintain them. The problem is when you get to multiples, it’s just multiple the work. My CB550 has four carbs. I don’t maintain them myself, but when they are tuned correctly they run just fine.

Is there any color that screams the ‘90s more than teal?  I don’t think so.

Owned one of that generation. Easy and comfortable trans-continental travel and 60,000 miles ain’t nothing for these bikes. It’s actually low mileage. There are a lot out there with more than 300,000 miles on them. No stupid paint jobs or an excess of chrome, so Most Definitely a Nice Price!
