Michael Madsen. Not Marsden ffs.

Lost me when you said “all my Hyundais and my Genesis”. Ew, lmao

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more “First World Problem” article than this one.

I vote NP. The LT5 in these is quite overbuilt with a reputation for reliability and is awesome in a straight line. C4's optional Z51 handling package means this old plasticar can still hang with modern cars in the corners.

I liked your take on NFS Most Wanted. Man, when it came out, it was beautiful, and set up in a way to be pleasantly challenging. I played it a lot (still looks okay with 1080 mod) and I noticed 2 very weird “bugs” that are fun to exploit for a bit:

The ‘63 F100 makes me sad. That is a “unibody” Styleside truck - the bed and cab are one piece. They were only made from ‘61-’63 and were the lightest of ‘60's F100s, being under 3400lbs. Wrong grill, wrong hood, wrong friggin engine.

Uhh, what? Actually P71s are great cars. Cheap to run, cheap to fix, generally pretty solid, who cares about door dings. These things can make left-lane campers move. Also, No. Car. Payments.

Yeah, TX is a horrible state for cyclists, the farm-to-market roads in the rural areas are unbelievably dangerous, as empty as they are.  I don’t understand the lack of respect for bicyclists there, it’s almost like Texans want to punish you for cycling.

I like how you posted 2 pics of 1st-gen Sprinters to try to prove your current-gen point. Ford Transits of that age would likely be scrapped!

I’m pretty sure it’s actually illegal for an employer to sue an employee for revenue lost due to a mistake. I’ve made mistakes that cost my eomplyer money, and have definitely seen it happen elsewhere.  Not illegal to fire, sure, but the employee is fine unless it can be proven he did it on purpose.  Even then a long,

I remember driving the Subaru 360 in Gran Turismo II.  I think it did like 43 seconds in the 400M

Back in the 1980s there was what we called “Harwood Hill” near our neighborhood and it was where we would test our bicycle speedometers and see how fast we could go. 40 was easy, 50 took some ducking, but I managed 62 a couple times on a then-new Specialized road bike with a 52T crank sprocket.

I’ve been a fan of tiny engines since I saw Conley’s Viper V10. Now he makes a 9HP supercharged V8 that’s a bit over 6ci, weighs under 12lbs and fits in one’s hand. There are YT videos of it running r/c cars!

Best of luck sir, and ride on!

Idiocracy at work!

I dunno, this BMW makes me think of a German Dick Butkus.
