Over the years I’ve observed Durant to be an insecure shortcut-taker with a huge ego and big temper. Never bought all that “nicest guy in the NBA” crap, because I haven’t seen it. The day he leaves the Bay, is the day I say yay.

Great. Pollen in the movie theaters now. Just what we need, it’s bad enough that that I read this book in 2015 and still have problems with pollen and dust making my eyes water when I think about it. *tears phone book in half
I disagree. I thought the Warriors were better without Durant. Curry and Klay have been getting lazy, or at the very least being taken out of their pre-Durant rhythm. Durant getting hurt was the best thing that happened to the Warriors this year. Also, I really want them to shut Barkley up, but I don’t think…
That Lumina looks suspiciously like the one my buddy in North Dakota bought for $100 as a winter beater and then sold 3 years later because he got sick of the doors freezing shut anytime it got cold. Which was always.
Something about swoopy FWD cars converted to RWD land missiles always made me laugh like a maniac in my mental garage, just like the first time I saw a Chevy Beretta drag car. I’d like to give these guys a bro hug.
The Outsiders. Where the Red Fern Grows. Stand By Me. Lean on Me. American Graffiti. Not a movie, but nothing beats Jack London’s “Martin Eden”.
Jesus, this bike basically has like an E30 325i’s power with half the cylinders. A part of me kinda wants to see an E30 with one of these engines in it!
I’m not a huge fan of the Chieftain visually, either, but the 111 is such a wonderful, torquey engine. Not a fan of the touchscreen, but it works okay on my uncle’s Jack Daniels. My Scout 1200 will stomp it all day long in the performance category tho.
I miss my ‘81 SS. It had a crappy 305 and a 2.41 rear (would do 90 in 2nd gear!) but it was an awesome cruiser.
Back in the 90's a friend of mine had a beat-up Fox Fairmont with a decently warmed-up 351W. Good times.
Not sure who won that dork contest, all I see is two losers.
I remember Arthur Chu using that same strategy, did pretty well, but he lacked the smarts and wager strategy that Holz has.
Yeah, I have nothing but respect for contestants who can start from the bottom of a category and still run the board. It’s quite a bit harder that way, IMHO
As a longtime Jeopardy watcher, I can’t count how many times I’ve seen contestants get too eager on that button. There’s a 1/4 second penalty on the buzzer when you ring in too early. Bigtime buzzkiller, that.
Marine or not, I think we can agree that when in doubt, a Marine would call a lightpole “Sir”. We need smarter cops, not crazier cops.
Men and women trained to uphold the constitution and fight our enemies have no business being part of a civilian police force. Semper Fi.
This. I’ve always been of the firm belief that military/ex-military should not be hired as civilian police. It’s just mercenary and many ex-military come with unacceptable mental baggage for such a job. Semper Fi.
Wow..this is taking “dirty cop” to another level.
The bitch is hungry, she needs to tell
Sweet. Most social media websites should do this, as most of what is generated is useless spam anyway. The insecure seeking security while pretending to be a boss speck on the mudball.
