The Morgan Aero used an aluminum chassis from 2001 though the end of production last year. Aluminum is nothing new to them. The Plus 4 still has a steel ladder frame if feel the need forego all modernity.

I was actually at the Port of Oakland last week, and saw two of these. They may have had a sticker that said chassis only though - not sure if it had anything to do with import rules, etc.
