Y’know, I know I’m breaking one of my own rules by correcting someone on the internet, but...

The next in teen eating trends...

YES. I love getting gift cards. Not boring in the least. Frankly, I love getting cash, though often I find myself spending that on needs instead of wants.

Except Toyota.

There’s still a risk because there’s a plastic segment of the manifold between the Aluminium crossover and the cylinder head. However, if another ABS disaster were to occur it’s more likely in the ABS Plastic Heater hose barbed nipple or the manifold gasket near cylinder #8. The OEM intakes have gaskets that are just

I think you can patent features like this specific to types of vehicles, I could be wrong though. That’s why it’s baffling why no body else has one in a truck.

I am full of failure today.

Again you are right, the retrofits are for the superduty.

Actually, they are super common if you count the ones owned by fleet customers - utility companies, construction companies, municipalities, state highway departments, the military, and so forth. Lots of 1/2 tons out there doing very basic jobs, in work truck poverty spec with crank windows, manual mirrors, vinyl bench

Um, no. Blackweirds (and Navi’s of the same generation) most definitely did NOT have the 3 valve engine, these had a DOHC version of the 2V 5.4 mod motor. Think “Cobra”. The 3 valve didn’t show up in the Navigator until the ‘05 model year.

All of this. Plug blowout is an issue that has been... blown out of proportion. The irony is that the Mod motor has also been notorious for plugs not coming out. If there’s legit complaints on Mod motors, it’d be more apt to mention the early coolant crossover issues, or the penchant for the pickup trucks to have

I was so hoping you’d respond. You never disappoint :)

Thanks! Glad you like them. For the uninitiated, here’s a playlist of all our time-lapse engine rebuilds:

Tiny houses are hipster trailers. Just far heavier and less efficient.

I agree with you there! I’ve self-studied tire dynamics in order to simulate them in videos games and there is still quite a bit of voodoo that goes into the algorithms to predict tire behavior.

It would be more interesting to be in Brazil the other way. WEEEEEEEE!!!!

The acceleration on at a give radius and given speed is a = v^2/r.

I’m guessing you haven’t spent a ton of time in “flyover country”
