But I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that these trucks aren’t popular because of their practical features. They’re popular because they’re stupid big and make you feel important.

Thanks pickup man

I just decided to get back into bikes a decade after selling my last one, the Indian Scout is at the top of my list right now.  I really like their styling, and the reviews I’ve seen all look pretty good.

Kudos to Ram for finally making the TRX with the Hellcat engine, now they need to make a street version like the old SRT-10.

The presentation of racing flat out stinks. With the technology today, I should be able to click on the WEC app on my streaming device, select the driver/car/class I want to watch, and have multi screens of that particular group. Have some sort of redzone style pop-up that I can bounce to if there is a good

My current plan is to pick up a Tiger 900 and a Street Triple. To help make that happen I have been putting money away and I sold my 2017 Civic Si after admitting I drove it much less once I had the R3, figured it would be better if someone actually enjoyed it. Picked up a 5MT Outback and I have been digging it more

Totally. I feel like the 80's were the “muscle car era” for off road bikes and quads. Things were ridiculous. It’s sort of like how super cars were during the 80's. The metrics are all better these days, but they were so ridiculous in the 80's. The CR500 is like a Porsche 930 Turbo on two wheels. It’s an explosive

Well, with all that usable space you can haul yourself and your band of heretics wherever your blasphemous hearts desire!

Good memories are good to have, nobody can argue with that. Your first ride is definitely better than mine, a 1989 Spectrum. I did like the first SuperCrew trucks and the Expedition back then, those looked pretty good.

You’re right, I stand corrected. My impression from the media at the time was that Ford reused the same chassis for the ‘97-on F-150, dropped the twin beams and boxed the rear section. I remember hating the jellybean F-150 but loved the Super Duty trucks. They just looked more like a TRUCK than a Taurus. Personally, I

GM had this on their S10's in the 90's

I left my gear with the bike, jacket and gloves in the saddlebag and I just hung my helmet from my bars, I’m not saying it’s a guarantee your shit won’t get messed with, but ours never did, and lots of people were doing the same thing.

as one of the SD residents who are unhappy I suggest you re-check the city’s stance on it. They are not interested in milking the tax tit as you suggest. They have previously lost in court fighting about who “owns” the rally and it was made pretty clear to the city that they could neither cancel or postpone it without

No snark, as an engineer myself, I’m legitimately interested in what you mean by this:

I agree the facelifted F150s are great looking trucks these days.  Plus this generation gave us the supercharged Lightning which is one of my favorite trucks of all time.

Can’t disagree with your case, is very justified. But I still think American trucks andacars re a bit overpowered, but this seems more like a cultural thing and after have a 300+up vehicle nobody would want trade this for something less powerfull.

F is for friends who do stuff together?

I know, this is a disease...

At 5'8" I could hardly tippy toe the FTR I sat on at the dealer.  Seems like height and lack of height are an issue.
