I had an ‘03 Lightning. Their interior was essentially on par with a high end f-150 with some added SVT flare and 2 tone alcantra and leather seats. I found it to be extremely comfortable. Then again my other car at the time was a ‘93 MR2 so about anything was a step up in comfort from that.
