Wish I could turn back time.

Fair enough. It seems pretty useless as a truck for doing actual truck things.
Do you know many engineers?
It took me decades to really understand how special that truck really is. Dad bought it from the original owner in ‘65. I learned to drive in it. It has 350k miles on everything and, yes, I still drive it.
I’m there every summer for an offroading event, I’ve driven it probably 40-50 times. For the most dangerous part, the speed limit is 25 MPH. Even in a normal car, it’s scary, and I moved to Colorado for offroading. I’ve got miles and miles spent on shelf roads.
Saw this happen once working at a Mazda dealership years ago and sticks in my mind to this day. A couple of days prior one of the big talking sales guys (I’ll call him Carl) had worked with a customer who traded in her fully loaded fairly-new 350Z 6MT for a new loaded RX-8 6MT (this is when they were both new to the…

Not sure why my posts keep disappearing...but if I had a dollar for every dressed up tour bike I passed that was sitting on a trailer my trip from FL to CA it would have been free. Sure I only got approx 50-60 miles per tank but I got to smile each time I passed all those geezer bikes again after a fill-up. I’d put up…
That 48-50 is my dream truck dad had one and my parents split just before I could scoop it as a first car project.. He sold it as a non running project. I still keep an eye out for a decent project. One day I will find one and spend way to much money to build it into a primer body. I also agree with 70's 2wd Ford they…
That’s sexist, and you know how broads hate that.
Yeah, any big pickup could probably fit the requirements, I just picked one that didn’t have any “compensatory” naming like “Ram”, “Silverado”, or “Sierra”. That said, this guy probably thinks “Accord” is ostentatious...
