To be fair, not a lot of people used the Wii's online features. Because, simply, they sucked.

I think it's mostly because he has feminine features.
culturally we do seem to glorify 'stalking' in films by the hot guy.
He's not even super old!
i feel for the guy because certain girls DO like the borderline creepy stuff (if the guy is attractive, that is)
I love True Detective, but it definitely has some troubling issues with women. Maggie is the bright spot, but even she's only important in relation to the two main characters. It's fine the both protagonists are men, but it kind of sucks that the only women we see are hookers or wives. I still think that might be…
ready to sign away their good name for a credit card just because it comes with a free XXL Hanes beefy T with a cat on it.
For the people crying copyright infringement: you can't copyright the rules of a game. You can copyright the art, the sound, the UI, etc, but it's absolutely not illegal to make your own "sliding tiles with multiples of three" game.
Houston, Austin, San Antonio (and to a lesser extent imo Dallas) are all pretty progressive, as you'd expect in big cities. It's the rest of this bumfuck state that ruins it for us.

Yup, HBO and AMC are pretty much the two reasons I have cable. Whether it's "worth it" is subjective, I guess, but it's not possible to get those two things anywhere else without waiting a year after the shows come out and buying the DVDs (or sometimes paying a ludicrous price for individual episodes on iTunes).
This actually looks really good, but I'm sure the monetization will kill it.
Fantasy is not reality.
Make that threesome happen!
Reducing victim-blaming is a concern when victim-blaming happens.
Well, step one is reducing the whole victim blaming thing, so when the unthinkable DOES happen, the response isn't "Well, if this guy was being so creepy, why didn't you x, y or z?"
Step two is actually reducing the rate of sexual assault. You assert the risk is low, and while that's true on a per-interaction basis…
And yet somehow, that doesn't make the fear magically disappear.
So every man should never message or talk to a woman because each word they type or say is a cloth covered in chloroform.
