I agree. I tell people just have what you love, whatever that is.

My parents totally ‘get’ all of this and it’s no problem. My ILs are assholes about it.
I put my phone in airplane mode at night so as not to get any pings. We use it as our alarm clock, so airplane mode allows us to use it that way but not be bothered by whatever business the phone has going on at night.
Yes. It is really shocking nd upsetting.
Truthfully, we’re not living in the same reality. It’s the propaganda that makes the difference.
I was going to say the same thing. Most surrogacy arrangements through agencies cost about $100k because of limits on both ends. Agencies that do all of the legal work for you might charge more because of legal fees. But this is about right, about normal, for surrogacy.
To be really honest, I have no idea. Both my mother and sister are republicans because of their “conservative values” except that the values that the current GOP espouse aren’t really their values. But, their parents were republicans and their parents and so on, so that’s what they are. It’s their family’s ‘team.’
Republican on republican violence had me snickering!
Good job, choreographer!
Even for non-charged things, directors can do odd things to actors.
That sounds nice. I didn’t have a bachelorette party, but I went to the botanical gardens with my aunt, enjoyed the everything to enjoy there, and we had soup and salad at their cafe. Very nice. :)
Yeah. As a person who loves drag shows with a burning passion beyond measure, who is also not LGBTQ+, you don’t go up in someone’s house and be stupid. Ever.
That’s terribly cruel. I can’t believe the bride to be, your friend, allowed that to happen (assuming at some point she ‘knew’ or figured out the joke).
I usually teach yoga for ‘hen parties’ here. When it’s older women getting married (35+), it’s a low key but fun thing, usually before brunch or going on a vineyard tour (which is very popular here because we have lots of vineyards nearby). When it’s younger women, it’s much sillier and fun in a different way. One…
I think Marvel runs a pretty tight ship, so I think they’ll figure it out and it’ll be no problem.
I found the narrative in WW really. . . not good. And the only empowered woman of the lot was the chemist.
I don’t know anything about the MCU but. . . in the mythos, Hel is Loki’s daughter, as is Fenris (the wolf) — so. . . I’m kinda confused on the relationships in MCU.
This is what I keep saying! The Cap movies have the best narrative process. But, I have to say, I like what they’re doing with Spiderman at the moment. And, I’m looking forward to Black Panther.
Not only is he dead sexy, that man can STEAL a scene. He’s in a few episodes of Rhys Darby’s Small Poppies if you can get ahold of them, very well done. He was very much under-utilised in Pete’s Dragon if you ask me (well, everyone was, imo).
Thank you so much for saying Kong wasn’t a good movie.
