Oh wow. Whew. So hard.

I love swimming because I feel amazing when I do it, as well as yoga. Same thing. I also walk a lot, because I love to walk places and explore. I also like triathlon training (between sprint and olympic distance trainings). I think the diversity keeps me motivated, as well as having clear goals that aren’t weight…

Might I recommend that both of you go and take an Imago Therapy weekend c course? The one that my husband and I attended was great, and there were two “about to be married” couples there as well. So good. :) Highly recommend.
